US is reluctant to provide IT jobs to Russians Chinese or even Iranians due to national security risk. Thats why indians dominate us IT market among minority group.

From US data there's not much income difference between Indians and Pakistanis overseas. But even if not, Indian Canadians are the vast majority of South Asian Canadians:

Use your brain, from your analysis it doesn't seem Indian are that smart.
The reason is however thick your accent is but you do speak English while Chinese don't. They study and speak Chinese like a any proud nation unlike slaves of sub-continent and that is the reason China is where they are today while we are where we have been since 1857. Chinese can be proud of their country while we can take pride in how our people earn in the US since we have nothing to be proud of back home.

Over half a million Pakistani-Americans constitute the 7th largest Asian ethnic group in the United States. Pakistani-Americans are young, well-educated and prosperous. Median age for Pakistani-Americans is 31.7 years. 60% have at least a bachelor's degree. Their median household income is $87,510 a year. About 36% are US-born while the rest are foreign-born. Just under 80% are US citizens, both native and naturalized. Here are the key takeaways from US Census data recently published by USA Facts:

1. Median age of Pakistani-Americans is 31.7 years, below the 37.9 years for Asian-Americans and 38.5 for overall population. Median age is 34.8 for Indian-Americans and 32.7 for Bangladeshi-Americans.

Indians earn more. But a lot of their ability to earn better has to do with drinking and eating porl plus non-halal food. Any one who is in the corporate world can tell you how big of a problem socialising over food is for Muslims.

1. We need Zabeeha, halal meat.
2. We don't drink.
3. We don't eat pork.

Mostly we also feel uncomfortable in environments like pubs, we simply excuse and prefer not to join colleagues. Drinking is an important part of western culture. We loose out a lot because we don't drink. Hence Indians reach higher positions and earn a bit better. Not saying that we should leave our practises at all, just stating a fact which everyone living in west experiences.
