like for singapore, there are voices suggesting english to be primary language in both india and pakistan

there is no other way to overcome such diversity without it seeming like neighbors imposing on another

English should be compulsory language from class one , this will give benefit in higher education including communication with outer world .

How are all the people who don't know English getting their "higher education" and "communication with outer world"? There are about 7 billion such people.

I dont know about 7 billion people, but what i know that people from our sub continent communicate mostly with the world in english . Europe , north America , Australia you can comfortably travel with simple english . Rest of the world you will find people who understand english .
