In a way reminds me of the 2002 stand off....India spends billions and takes weeks to mobilise it's forces.....remains paralysed on the border for a whole year and after loosing over a thousand men, in a soul destroying move, unilaterally withdraws it's forces claiming that it's military objective have been achieved. !!
