by the way I hope we find an engine more suitable for Iran climate and again develop ir-140 for that role as it was the plan from the start.

yes that An-140 . but when we tested that . hope its in last 2-3 year not older than that as its several year because of the engine problem in hot weather the plane is grounded .

Following this line of thought, then why do the likes of Russia, China and America sell their systems? No nations will sell its most up to date and guarded secrets. Iran must start to export its system, that is one of the main ways its arms industry will grown in size and quality. Not to mention the revenues Iran can get from this sector.

It's different. US is not going to launch an attack on Russia or China if they manage to crack their AD and BM systems. Our capability to defend the strait, shoot down their aircrafts with AD systems, and destroy US assets in the ME with Bm's is whats preventing US and NATO from attacking us. If they find a way to exploit our defense, they will attack us.

Like I said, no country puts it most up to date systems for sale. You should not be under the impression that Iran will reveal the inner workings of its strategic systems. That's not how this works. As for this notion that US is likely to attack Iran if they learn of its air defence and ballistic missiles etc, this raises the question what did they not attack Iran when it was much weaker and did not have most of these systems for begin with? Iran had the ability to wreck havoc in the Persian Gulf region for decades. The reality is, Iran can do that even with a fraction of its current capability. That deterrence has existed for decades, and will exist for the foreseeable future. Frankly, a US China conflict is probably more likely given the situation in the SCS.

The main issue with this plane is the engine. Also, there was a AWAC project around this plane. Presumably it has been been shelved until they can solve the engine issue.

not Russian engine , its an Ukrainian one .
Al-30 engine which was based on Klimov TV3-117vma it was a helicopter engine that was repurposed for this task by Antonov and that was Achilles heel of this aircraft

It’s just going to be a symbolic victory with to practical meaning. Nothing will change. Selling our weapons gives the enemy an opportunity to study their weaknesses and take advantage of them. Better we don’t sell weapons. Especially missiles, drones, AD and EW systems

Well having the possibility of selling any weapon is ain't mean to transfer Bavar or any state of art weaponry no one would do that but we have a various type of weapons that are not a secret as we sold drones to Valenzuela and Sudan ... on the other hand our weapons are already spread in the region:
