You know nothing about the Hormuz strait.although half of strait belongs to Iran,but Oman's territorial waters are too shallow for ACs and huge tankers to cross it.so they have to cross Iran's section and we have every right to close it when being threatened on a daily basis.you forgot that it's U.S who wants to put embargo on Iran's oil exports.imagine India is denied of exporting it's goods for even one week.Isn't that an act of war?

well the carriers are going to traverse the straits no matter what you think, as they've done for decades. Let's see what happens and if your predictions come to pass.

US/ West is now on the mercy of Iran and any type of aggression can bring the US back to stone age. Heavily indebted economies of US+EU are set to collapse if Iran opens fire on them. First West can’t fund any new war and second even high oil prices due to short term confrontations may hit their economies so hard that they will feel its pain for a long. Also it’s very likely that world may then be dragged into WW3 as other powers like China, Russia, India won’t accept fall of Iran. US can’t win over Iran and more the trouble they will create, more they will pay for it’s cost. I would advise, US and her allies to better understand the environment and try to protect their honor as much as they can. They have to live with a powerful Iran, sooner they accept, better it is for them.

(US’s society isn’t that strong that their people may maintain peace when they can’t get unemployment benefits/ pensions. Also, Gun/ Drugs culture of US isn’t hidden, it just needs a good start in US, and that’s it. as education isn’t the criterion of getting success in life in US, whoever will show strength over others, will go high, and that time isn’t far away in US. Whoever will show strength, will capture whatever he can, it just require a real economic free fall/ recession in US.)

You are confusing embargo with blockade...US is only putting embargo on oil export from Iran or in in other words making it difficult for Iran to export her oil. Foreign nations can still trade with Iran but paying for them will become increasingly difficult and also they will have to deal with their enormous diplomatic pressure. If Iran is ready to deal in Indian Rupees or Chinese Yuan or other currencies instead of the currencies of "Great Satan' or 'Evil West', we will be very happy to continue to trade with you.

As far Hormuz St is concerned, its the gateway for not only US 5th fleet but also for ME countries. You cannot just block it .The best solution is to adopt what Turkey did in case of Bosphorus St ..which is treated as an international channel but Turkey reserves the right of blocking ships belonging to non-Black Sea nations.
