For the PÖH, yes they are primarily use PASGT variants but they are changing their PASGT helmets complete their operational usage time are changing with MICH 2000 and 2001 variants. So just be patient...

First photo you uploaded is an airsofter. By the way KSK got rid of their old flecktern kits, nowadays they are mosly using Crye gear only, like CPC and JPC vests with the ops-core and airframe helmets. They are looking like:

Also the helmets bougth for JÖH is not MICH type, Its a standard opscore hemet with ear protection. It's more compact and lighter than MICH variants
