I think we should buy a regular 45-75 Ton Aircraft carrier like most europeneun countries.

They don't have the carrier of this size.

Unless you consider the QE class carrier, but i doubt the Brit will sell this one, even they won't have for themselves until 2020.

he probably ment something in the lines of the Thai arcraft carrier.

Turkey has no intentions of getting a carrier. we do have plans for a LHD i think, something in the lines of the spanish Juan Carlos ship

Operating an Aircraft Carrier is a Horrendous Task. You need to have a supporting Carrier Battle Group. Does Turkish Ship Building Industries have the capability to support all the Platforms of the CBG? Also It requires special Berthing Facilities capable of docking 40,000 Tonnes+

I think Turkey is planning for Long - Term to becomer a Millitary Power like France or UK. Turkey have interest in the eastern Mediteran and Indian Ocean. To Show presence in these Region Aircraft Carrier could become neccesary.

I have been wondering for a while so can anyone answer these questions for me?

Will There be a TF-100 Multipurpose Frigate? I mean i have read some defence articles and the TF-100 Is mensioned nowere but i keep hearing from Several forums that there is going to be a TF-100. I know according to the MILGEM Prgram there will be 8 Ada Class Corvettes but the other 4, I dont know if its TF-100 or TF-2000?

Will the TF-2000 be a Destroyer or a Frigate?, Cause same thing like the TF-100
