Some special unit from Turkey (not sure which one) was a part of joint exercise (Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, Bosnia, Macedonia and Montenegro) called Eagle 2013 in Serbia. They came with their own helicopters.

yeah that's Special Forces Command (Maroon Berets)

Also the ones using M-110 SASS and L-115A3 AWMF are also from Maroon Berets
