Actually right before peace process thing at trmilitary website i remember seeing the picture of a commando personal stationed at Southeast in that photo this personal got devil tattoo on his arm and a harley(motorist) beard.Later question of is this allowed on army was asked by some members then if i remember right @-DENO- himself said to reduce stress level certain amount of freedom given to groups daily engage with PKK at Southeast and this personal picture was one of them.

He was similar to this guy

Tattoo wasnt allowed in Red Army. Old Soviet Officers dont like tattoo.
My neigboor who was officer in Red Army, works as a director in a company. If candidate for vacancy has a tattoo , he never accepts the job. Everytime he says, he hates tattoo. "Man with tattoo must sit in jail."

Turkish Army Acamedies and Colledges never allow. I dont know if they allow in service.

Tattoos are not an issue in military as long as they are not displayed openly. Getting a tattoo after you have joined causes no issue at all.

This is solely a PERSEC issue.

There is no point in wearing a balaclava then showing off tattoos on your arms that make it easy to follow you home to your family.

Please do not post pictures of soldiers with their tattoos visible just to be safe lads.
