What's new

Turkish Air Force (HVKK)

But your President in not NTO friendly at all. People know and are saying that Turkish Govt. is supporting ISIS.

It is just biased perception, prejudice and deception. ISIS is Zionist. Edward Snowden, have you heard the name?

What do you mean by NATO friendly?

What happens at the borders and close proximity to Turkey is more relevant to Turkey that the NATO as a whole. Being in NATO doesn't mean you won't have your own policy.

Totally unreasonable.

Is China a NATO member and we are not aware of that or what?

The only option for Turkey other than and in addition to American made planes is Turkey's own design plane which is TFX. and it is not "the Turkey".
So there was news in which both Pak and Turk have expressed interest in co development of fighter ,I wonder what development that could be also Pak is also non Nato ,so do you guys have any restriction to cooperate with Non Nato members ?

No. Any restrictions are not based on whether they are NATO or non-NATO. Also on what part of non-NATO set they belong. China is at an armslenght to Russia which has been the main opponent of NATO and China itself is the main opponent of US in the Asia Pacific. You may have independent relations with China but when it comes to complex, expensive equipment like fighter planes you want to have a reliable source with proven trackrecord. And you can supplement those equipment with your own home made ones until you can make everthing homegrown.

I think having 10 of these A-400M's is enough, look at the payload capacity. We are not conducting many overseas ops anyways and will not likely do so in the near future. These 10 A-400's, our new amphibious ships and lhd are sufficient for our needs.

Look at these capabilities.

Don't forget that we're replacing C160 Transalls of the Kayseri paratrooper command aswell. We need more A400Ms for cargo operations.
