so you want us to handle this the hard way?

YES.

India doesn't WANT a solution. It wants to keep Kashmir colonized under the iron first of 700K armed troopers. Now BJP's Hindutva camp wants to end Kashmir's special status which would only make it worse. The problem lies in the genocidal mentality of Indian nation in denial.

India does want solution for Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, and that's why we are willing to talk when the environment for fruitful discussion is present, as we said repeatedly, we can't talk in the environment of cross-border terrorism.

Btw, we do not have 7 lakh troops in Kashmir, not even half of that.

Why,dont you want a peaceful solution?
You rather have the current situation, with a possible war in the future?

Why you bother mate? That's none of your business. :)

.
That's true, Pakistan is improving somewhat, but at a far slower pace than India, far, far slower. The gap is ever increasing.

How do you know? It is more probably to the contrary, Pakistan will get some six new state of the art submarines, before you get the Scorpens, it will also have about 200 JF-17s at the same time you get your Rafales, plus some other platforms like the J-20C and/or the J-31 in numbers. They are working on their navy ships too.
For Kashmir, it can be looked at as some kind of marriage, It got married to India, and in time it did not work out, so it asked for divorce. But instead of going to court, India keeps the groom hostage by force. The groom,s family wants a peaceful solution to the problem, meaning it wants India to come to its senses.
My own Idea about a peaceful settlement of the Kashmir's conflict will be to hold a referendum, where India will not have much to loose. If the majority of kashmiris want to stay with India than be it, if not than it should be handed over to Pakistan or become an independent nation, in either case the area should be turned to a free trade zone and India will be encouraged to invest heavily in it. This will benefit both India and Pakistan, and in any case it is mostly the kashmiri people who will benefit economically.
This is based on fairness and objectivity, since if the votes go for India, than it stops there and the matter is fixed,. If not than a mutually beneficial solution is there.
I do not want to go into subjective matters, like not to give back an inch of land or things like that, since, to be fair, just and objective, the decision should be made by the real owners of that inch of land, namely the kashmiris.

Sovereignty is not given, it is asserted. We are the real owners of Kashmir.
There will be no referendum, do what you can.

.
defending by attacking Lahore and breaching International borders, and then being sent back resulting in a ceasefire, which gave both countries virtually nothing

Who told you this? 65' war put a spanner on the Pakistan's growth & development from which Pakistan could never recover, and we finished the deal in next 6 years. :)

We were plotting not to be occupied by a mythical kingdom which ought to be re-established.

Thank heavens you guys did that, today we are rest assured that all those frequent suicide-bombings, drone attacks, jihadi movements, Taliban, TTP, coups in regular intervals, unstable governments, frequent abuse of democratic governments, infighting between sects, Al Qaeda linkages and Osama episode, etc. etc. etc. are happening in a "Foreign Country" !! :)

From the article,
''Turkey is ready to play its due role for a peaceful settlement of longstanding Kashmir issue and the solution should be acceptable to Pakistan, India and Kashmiri people – the real stakeholders''.

Offering help for a peaceful solution is meddling in your affairs?

Offering UNWANTED / UNSOLICITED help for a peaceful (or whatever) solution is meddling in our affairs.

We won't give up our land just because you demand it, I suggest you guys to invest more into fighter planes & submarines & whatever else you think might give you what you want.

That is far too long to respond to.

The Dream is more of a reality now,2 more decades, let the ummah within india rise against hinduvta first.we are once again heading toward the era of Muslim league formation and Islam Khatray main hay situation.

There is already a muslim league present in India for the last 60 years...you still have the delution of umhaa right?well your umhaa brothers is busy fighting each other and muslim countries bomb the heck out of those who wanted a umhaa state (ISIS)

.
Thanks to Turkiye for their support on this issue, raising it at the international platform says a lot.

.
Why not,you have to start somewhere and others would follow or even take over(US,EU,China,Russia).

Ok , what solution can Turkey possibly come up with ? Give me an idea.

Neither India or Pakistan will cede an inch of land ,so we are back to square one. India says Kashmir belongs to it , Pakistan says it belongs to it , regardless of whatever might have happened in history. India is also not ready for an independence vote since the demographics of Pakistani side of Kashmir have been totally altered since 1947 , so there is a huge population of non natives.
Now tell me - No plebiscite, No land transfer, so what's the solution?

Referendum is not a solution. The Pakistani side of Kashmir has had its demographics totally altered, so the 'natives' are now a minority. To make you understand better, holding a referendum in Kashmir would be like importing 4-5 million or so French Citizens to Quebec and then holding a referendum for Quebec to separate from Canada. Everyone knows what the result would be.

They are doing just that in Quebec, a lot of French people here from France.
The Pakistanis might say the same thing as you have hundreds of thousands of troops in there, the votes can be rigged to India's favor. So there must be good and genuine will to realize that referendum in the first place and look to it to be the most honest possible, with neutral observers.
