If this is the case, China would be stupid to sell HQ-9 to Turkey.

But selling HQ-9 to Turkey will do no harm to China

Economically, Turkey is doing a greart job same is to be said on political level and population. They only problem Turkey may face is the boost up toward heavy industrialization. Turkey should press hardly on making the best quality of its products.

As for global influance, I guess Turkey is being backed by many countries including ours.

Yes we did great progress in economy but there is a long way we have to go, there is no propper taxation the goverment takes taxes on fuel, thats why we have the most expensive fuel in the world, also black market is a major problem.
There are places in south eastern provinces where 80% of electricity doesnt get paid, and people in western provinces have to pay the difference.
