If Turkish ADA class frigates can destroy Bramhos then it's worrisome for India as I believe Pakistan and Turkey both were in talks for these ships in Pakistan navy..... don't know the recent update on this....

Not going into numbers. There is no comparison between Turkey and Egypt.
Forces like Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE etc all these forces face the same dilemma. Massive inventory but Directionless force with no modern warfare experience ,Confused Doctrine, Weak Institutions, So much dependence on outside source, Weak local Defense Sector. If their respective governments let them grow as institutions they can do wonders.
Despite having Inferior Weapons i will Place Pakistan and Iran Above Egypt.
