1) There would not be any crowd on the deck.
2) Israel would not send paintball armed soldiers after firing live ammunition.

Here u can see the a video prior boarding. There was no any live fire:

1) You can open fire with different intentions, which just may not be killing everyone on board.
2) Israel would send armed commandos to secure the ship even if they fired weapons prior.

The video gives us a few minutes prior, why doesn't Israel show us hours before that?

Depends on the background, if it was a limited clash between Turkey and Israel, NATO would most likely try reconcile two sides, but in a full scale war NATO would take military action, Israel cannot go to a full scale war againts a NATO country which has NATO military camps in it without completely cutting the relationship with NATO.

Israel cannot go to a full scale war againts Turkey even if it was not in NATO anyway, their cute military would only work in defence.
