PESHAWAR: Five Taliban insurgents, a key militant commander among them, were killed in a clash with security forces in Frontier Region (FR) Peshawar on Sunday, SAMAA reports.

According to sources, security forces launched an operation in a semi-tribal area of Peshawar and killed Jangraiz Khan, a key commander of the banned TTP, and his four accomplices.

Jangraiz group was involved in various acts of terrorism in FR Peshawar, Matni, Budhbir, Suleman Khel and other areas.
