PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has delayed the trial of banned Tehrik-e-Nifaz-e-Shariat-e-Muhammadi (TNSM) chief Sufi Mohammad after the prosecution department failed to produce solid evidence and witnesses against him, Daily Times has learnt.
Then prosecution department should be taken to task. If they can't produce evidence against such a clear case, what would they do in complicated cases. All those who failed doing it should be fired for being incompetent.
Sufi Muhammad should be tried in same courts which he had been advocating for and they had been punishing their opponents.
