he just find accuse for cutting aids to countries.
Not sure about excuses. He does not really need an excuse.
It's bad business for the US to give free aid to Algeria when it is ruled by a military regime that is 100% in the Russian camp. It's like throwing US taxpayers money in a bin. I understand the decision, especially as the US and its allies have a heavy presence in the neighborhood.
People on PDF will obviously look at this as "US losing influence in Algeria" (especially after Trumps recent comments about Pakistan) but that influence was non-existent to begin with.
But it's a good move from the american political hypocracy because they claim that they are defending human rights and the algerian regime is one of the worst violators of human rights
Well, no regime is innocent in the region. Look no further than the US darling in the region (Israel). If we are talking about land theft, illegal settlements and the closest thing to an apartheid system/society, Israel is the best candidate.
Anyway the pathetically incompetent Algerian military regime aside, I of course will always wish the best for our brothers and sisters in Algeria and hopefully things will improve because this is much needed. The Berbers are also our brothers and sisters and a related people on most fronts (genetically as well since they were originally migrants from the Arab Near East before historical records existed as proven by DNA - hence the Berber language belonging to the same language family) but bipolar trolls like Dumblal and his likes (radical Kabyle Berbers based in the diaspora like him) are poison by large.
My favorite quote of his:
Admit what? How can you hate somebody that you don't even freaking know? And Can you say that I hate arabs, when we share blood and culture... For a supposed learned individual, you are really lacking in social skills. Sometimes, you act like an imbecile..and you are showing it here...
Anyway just a single visit to any Arab forum or even social media like Youtube, will quickly show the warm ties and mutual respect between Saudi Arabians and Algerians.

Just make a search about videos on Youtube related to KSA and Algeria and almost every single comment from Saudi Arabians and Algerians alike are brotherly.
A few examples:
10 + million Banu Hilal members in Algeria alone:
Imagine how incredibly insignificant that troll is in the wider picture.
100's of such comments everywhere under most videos that have something to do with KSA. I will tell you another thing based on personal interaction with dozens upon dozens of Algerians in France and Europe as well as the GCC. Algerians resemble us a lot and vice versa on various fields. In particular the sharp distinction between city, mountain and desert dwellers. Same story with Morocco.
That is why this idiot is just one single idiot with a unhealthy obsession and giant inferiority complex. A mentally ill person. That's why I have never resorted to insulting Algeria or Algerians despite him insulting every single Arab country from his neighbors to far away Arab countries. What matters here is that there is no hatred or hostility between the average Saudi Arabian and Algerian (not even close and rather the opposite) and that will never happen either.
Lastly check out this cool video of a Saudi Arabian tourist visiting Algeria and the comments from our dear Algerian brothers and sisters:

Haplogroup J and
E1b1b are the most frequent Y-DNA haplogroups in the Arab world.
E1b1b is the most frequent paternal clade among the populations in the western part of the Arab world (Maghreb, Nile Valley and Horn of Africa), whereas haplogroup
J is the most frequent paternal clade toward the east (Arabian peninsula and Near East). Other less common haplogroups are
R1a,
R1b,
G,
I,
L and
T.

The mtDNA haplogroup
J has been observed at notable frequencies among overall populations in the Arab world.
[377] The maternal clade
R0 reaches its highest frequency in the Arabian peninsula,
[378] while
K and
T(specifically subclade T2) is more common in the
Levant.
[377] In the Nile Valley and Horn of Africa, haplogroups
N1and
M1;
[378] in the Maghreb, haplogroups
H1 and
U6 are more significant.
[379]
There are four principal West Eurasian autosomal DNA components that characterize the populations in the Arab world: the Arabian, Levantine, Coptic and Maghrebi components.
The Arabian component is the main autosomal element in the
Persian Gulf region. It is most closely associated with local Arabic-speaking populations.
[352] The Arabian component is also found at significant frequencies in parts of the Levant and Northeast Africa.
[352][380] The geographical distribution pattern of this component correlates with the pattern of the Islamic expansion, but its presence in Lebanese Christians, Sephardi and Ashkenazi Jews, Cypriots and Armenians might suggest that its spread to the Levant could also represent an earlier event.
[352]
The Levantine component is the main autosomal element in the
Near East and
Caucasus. It peaks among
Druzepopulations in the Levant. The Levantine component diverged from the Arabian component about 15,500–23,700 ypb.
[352]
The Coptic component is the main autosomal element in
Northeast Africa. It peaks among
Egyptian Copts in
Sudan, and is also found at high frequencies among other Afro-Asiatic-speaking populations in the
Nile Valley and
Horn of Africa.
[381] The Coptic component is roughly equivalent with the Ethio-Somali component.
[382]
The Maghrebi component is the main autosomal element in the Maghreb. It peaks among the non-Arabized
Berberpopulations in the region.
[380] The Maghrebi component diverged from the Coptic/Ethio-Somali, Arabian and Levantine components prior to the
Holocene.

Their national hero and most famous contemporary personality (past many centuries at least) is called Abdelkader ibn Muhieddine al-Hasani. Otherwise known as Emir Abdelkader (عبد القادر الجزائري). A national hero of Hijazi origin.
And this mentally ill serial troll with a personality disorder is trying to create senseless hostility out of the blue here
between brotherly and sisterly people.
The troll is banned (perpetually almost) but next time he begins to insult Morocco, Moroccans, Egypt, Egyptians, Saudi Arabia and Saudi Arabians, Iraq and Iraqis (list is long) just ignore him and remember his bipolar disorder and the fact that he is one single radical Kabyle clown out of 40 million + Algerians.
