1 Tablet and 1 Laptop

So with new news about all mobiles will be taxed ?
Any idea how much will i be taxed and how will i pay the tax on the airport are their any facilites where i can pay ?

@Imran Khan

You don't need to pay any tax if you are not planning to use Pakistani Sim. I think your mobiles will work with Pakistani sim for 1 month only (However I am not sure about it).

.
Yes guys this is a serious question..how many mobiles are allowed tax free?

Q1. Can I bring one mobile phone into Pakistan without payment of duty/taxes?
Ans: Yes, a passenger is allowed to bring one mobile phone without payment of duty/taxes provided his stay abroad is more than seven days. Such allowance will only be admissible once during the year.

Q2. If I bring more than one Mobile Phone, do I need to pay duty/taxes?
Ans:. Yes, only one mobile phone will be allowed free of duty/taxes. In case of other mobile phones, applicable duty/taxes will be paid.

Q3. Do I have to pay duty/taxes on a mobile phone which I have been using in Pakistan after returning from abroad?
Ans: No. A mobile phone in the personal use of passenger, which has been activated/ registered in Pakistan, does not require registration/payment of duty/taxes on his return to Pakistan being a case of re-import of baggage. Such a case will be treated independent of the allowances admissible to mobile devices under the baggage rules.

Q4. How and where can I register my mobile device if I forget to declare the same on arrival at the airport?
Ans: The passenger can approach the nearest customs office for registration of the mobile device within 15 days of the arrival date.

Q5. Can I avail the allowances admissible under the baggage rules if I forget to declare at the time of arrival at airport?
Ans: Yes, the international passenger can avail admissible allowances at the time of registration at the customs office.

Q6. I am roaming in Pakistan; will I be able to use my mobile device in Pakistan?
Ans. Yes, Roamers will be able to use their mobile devices as per DIRBS SOP . The System will accommodate visitors to Pakistan from overseas who are here for the short visit for personal or business purpose as following.
i. A foreign roamer is allowed to continue using foreign SIMs without any time limit and without getting CoC from PTA.
ii. If a roamer starts using local SIM in his/her mobile device, he/she will not be considered a roamer and will be required to fulfil the conditions of a compliant device.
iii. Such user will be notified of the deficiency of his/her mobile device through SMS and will have 30 days to complete the requirements before the noncompliant mobile device is blocked.
iv. If the visitor wants to use local SIM for a period longer than 30 days, he/she is required to get the CoC from PTA alongwith payment of duty/taxes.

I got banned recently for making fun of Lahoris and now find myself in the misfortune of having to stay in the city of dangar khors. Imagine living in a city where the sky isn’t blue because it’s so polluted. The weather App on my Iphone literally reads:weather condition: Smoke.. LMFAO
What goes around comes around I guess lolz

.
how much is the Tax ? as i will be staying for 1 month and how will i pay that on Air port or can i pay it before coming to Pak online ?
You should buy a dual sim mobile (medium price range) and leave the other two behind.

Dude, You still are mistaking. Tax is on new sets which you are bringing as gift (I will pay that taxes in cases you are bringing one for me), or if you are planning to give phone in use to someone in Pakistan as those will be blocked after 30 days if you use them with Pakistani Sim.

One Question in regards to outlets
Most Flights from To Pakistan are not direct but they offer few hours of layover but they do include poweroutlets
While from the reviews i can see the condition have gone worse no IFE and no poweroutlets for laptops ? is that true
What you guys suggest direct flight which is 7 hours
or one layour which is from 10 to 13 hours newer planes better conditions poweroutlets and wifi ?

You don't need to pay anything on your in use laptop an tablet as well because you are visitor and will take those back with you on your return. But just keep in mind, after 30 days the IMEI of the phone which you are using with Pakistani sim will be blocked and that set will not be usable in Pakistan again. There's no such issue for phone sit which you will be using with your foreign sim as that will be on roaming.

Frankly, I don't use laptops/smartphones in planes. So, didn't have to use power outlets in plane, however power sockets are available in Emirates & Qatar Airway (at-least in the flights which I usually take). If your stay is at Doha air port, than there's no issue of charging as it's not very crowded and you can find free power outlet easily. In Dubai, it's bit difficult to find outside business lounge.

Last time i travelled to Pak was through emirates almost 5 years back
You have to spend 7 hours doing something i would go crazy if i cant do anything
with Laptops you can work, game and watch shows or movies it gives you freedom than watching on crappy IFE

So Any suggestion PIA or LAYOVER ?

Bro every airline have own story
But for now overall services are much better in other airlines compared to pia
