Last time i travelled to Pak was through emirates almost 5 years back
You have to spend 7 hours doing something i would go crazy if i cant do anything
with Laptops you can work, game and watch shows or movies it gives you freedom than watching on crappy IFE

Why dont you use the in-flight entertainment? I usually kill time by watching a couple of movies!

And yeah most of the airlines will have ports of charging at your seat, both Emirates and Qatar flying in or out of Europe do have (its more related to plane than the airline)

So Any suggestion PIA or LAYOVER ?

PIA for a direct flight

Layover if you dont mind walking around the airports.

Personally I prefer Qatar Airways, As Doha air port is not much crowded most of times - You can easily find quite place to sit & relax, power outlets. Dubai airport is very noisy, If I have to go via Dubai then my favorite way to kill time there is to troll Philippines & Indian sales staff at duty free, specially by keep asking weights and prices of jewelry items.

Agreed. Huge airport and very very less crowd = Quite and peaceful. Specially if you have a longish layover.
