Top 10 Most Evil Men in Human History.

Well, he killed many indirectly. He ordered a man-made famine in some soviet republics like Ukraine that caused millions of Ukrainians to starve to death. (Read about the Holodomor).

He did no such thing. He supported the gradual collectivization of kulak-held farms in Ukraine. The Soviets went overboard and tried to force through rapid collectivization of the farms. He complained about this and called for them to slow down. Meanwhile, the rich kulaks, and some misguided poor peasants resisted the attempts at collectivization for a while, which caused a small famine that affected Ukrainians as well as Russians. But the figures of millions of people starving to death are based on extrapolating the historical population growth rates to conclude what the population in Ukraine "would have been" had the collectivization not taken place. This is simply ridiculous, as people tend to have fewer children during a famine, and people tend to migrate out of famine regions. Thus, the population falls but that doesn't mean all those people died.

By such a metric, tens of millions of people are currently starving to death in Europe, as the current population growth rates are lower than the old population growth rates.

Brezhnev was a die hard commie..Dont know whether he deserved to be in this list or, not..

It was he who entered soviet troops in Afghanistan to support communist revolution which ended in killing of 2 million Afghans and around 5 million Afghan refugees in Pakistan and Iran.

What about Brzezinski who didn't give a damn about Afghanistan and for that reason supported the Afghan insurgency to try and draw in the Soviets? Brezhnev did what he felt was best for Afghanistan. Brzezinski threw Afghanistan under the bus to score geopolitical points against the Soviets.

If this is logic then there was no evil. Everyone did what he felt best for his country or other country. They just killed millions of evil people who did not want best for their own countries.
