I think forced closure is a democratic decision where most of the population wants them to not open the businesses during the day..
It becomes government matter since it is a financial transaction within the state.
BS. Who enforces said "individual" illegal act?
Constitutional power of the Chief Martial Administrator enforces the act.
Are you saying all financial transactions are a government matter by default? BS.
yes they are. that would ensure transparency and rule of law in matters of wealth and resource.
LOL. Where does the Constitution allow a Martial Law, let alone its Administrator?
It does not. that is why i said we exclude martial laws and dictators.
but once martial law is declared. then its all relative
Would you care to quote the legal basis for your claim?
Paanch waqt kaa namazee hey. Bas jo qatal kiye hain, unko rehnay do.
is it not one of the responsibilities of the state to ensure financial transparency in the country?
so you want vigilante justice in Pakistan? or you want people to rebel against the armed forces citing them to be sole cause of radicalisation in the country?
All I want is the rule of law in the country if it is to prosper for all its citizens. There is no other way and certainly no shortcuts.
You do not accept most laws made in the country to begin with. How can your wishes be given to you on a plate like that?
Trolling is not the answer here. Intelligent discussion is, if you are capable, otherwise this will be my last response to you in this thread.

But Democratic governments later didn't nullify the law so it has become a Democratic decision.No, it was not a Democratic decision. THE EHTRAM-E-RAMAZAN ORDINANCE, 1981 was originally enacted by an illegitimate dictator.
Preamble.— WHEREAS, in view of the tenets of Islam, it is necessary to provide for measures to observe the sanctity of the month of Ramazan;
AND WHEREAS the President is satisfied that circumstance exist which render it necessary to take immediate action;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 89 of the Constitution, read with the Provisional Constitution Order, 1981 (C.M.L.A. Order No. 1 of 1981), the President is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:
Being a Pakistani and Pakistani passport holder, I want my country to implement shariah laws as it was founded on two nation theory... otherwise objective of it's establishment will be questioned by the very people who supported the cause on "Pakistan ka Matlab Kia laa ilaha illallah"That is why I asked above: do you agree that the present path of the society in terms of religion and that of the country as a religious state is correct? If not, then what should be done to change it and in what way? What gives authority to the religious fringes to impose their will on wider society?
