You country has a peace agreement with Israel, Israel helps Jordan, invest in Jordan. Israel saved your country in 1970 when it deterred Syria from interfering in the crisis, it wants a strong Jordan and do whatever it can not to let the Palestinians to take over it, so it will stay a free kingdom.

Actually Jordanian army is the one who crushed the invaders not Israel, Israel considered intervention but it never happened. So it's a lie. Israel helps Jordan in what man!

And yet, this ingratitude. If in a country which has peace with Israel, people shouts "death to Israel" in the streets and everyone support them, then why should Israel want peace with Arab countries? Why should it consider any compromise and more withdrawals? You will hate us anyway.

Actually it was stronger. Just read about Jordanian army roles in all Arab-Israel wars, and ask yourself, why In the 1967 war with Israel, the Jordanians caused the Israelis more trouble than any other Arab army?

Oh missed this one, I repeat myself here, Israel threatened to intervene but king Hussien refused it's intervention. Jordanian army rebelled the Syrian one because Bashar Al-Assad who were at the time the chief commander of Syrian air force, refused to cover lland forces that attacked Jordan. Thus, it got crushed because there were no Syrian air coverage.

History of jordan and israel wars are intresting in 1948 there are romours that jordan attacked in hope of that after the war they can take west banks for themselves , in all other wars also they were against the war and it was egypt which convinced them to enter the war .
So i wonder what will be jordan stand on this matter if the new government in egypt again decide to go to war with israel ?

The repeated invasion, incitement and hatred against Israel, starting from 1948 also made it an obligation for Israel to defend itself. Yet, unlike Israel's disgruntled neighbours, Israel actually compromised and gave up Sinai and other conquered territories in return for a peace agreement. It could have held on to these territories and it's neighbours would not have done anything other than some babbling.

If this is the case then why Jordan signed a peace agreement with Israel in 1994, 30 years after it took the West Bank? Why Jordan maintain contacts with Israel since Jordan existed as trans-Jordan in the 1920's?
