USA has to repay and rebuild Vietnam because they lost the war. So it is a wining moment for the Vietnamese's. They can build up their defence and then say they do not want to be enemy of Russia or China. They are a free country.

Lets say I agree with you on this, and say that US is not a bad guy here. But I only look at the reality, and the reality is that wherever they went they just destroyed that part of the world. I mean com'n guys read the history. The amount of gold they stolen from Germany and Italy during world war 2 they never returned it back to its actual owners. They bombed Japan twice with nukes and they were preparing for third one but Japanese surrendered, they left poor Japanese on their on. Yes, US did sent couple of dozen scientists to check out that how big the devastation was? And since they were there, and couldn't move freely without the will of Japanese they had to help a little. Than they went to Korea and destroyed it pretty much completely, and than to Vietnam and also to middle east in 80's and 90's. And finally Afghanistan and Iraq. How would you explain Iraq situation? And Afghanistan situation? When US invaded Afghanistan there were 7 million refugees living in Pakistan, and currently they have reduced to 6 million. If US was this much kind to the entire world than how the heck their are still 6 million Afghan refugees living in Pakistan? The law n order situation is worse than ever out their. They just saved their *** and ran away. Why didn't they invested some $100 Billion in Afghanistan economy to give it a boost so that these poor Afghanis could return back to their homeland. Look at poor Iraq, what have they done to it? And they say yes it was a mistake, and they simply say sorry in the end. What the f* mate, you destroy humanity, destroy their lives, destroy their dignity in the end you simply say sorry. Thousands of Iraqi women were rapped, 178000 kids were dead. Their generation is gone, and US simply say sorry, she pays us couple of millions and we smile to them, just like nothing has ever happened. Yes humanity is getting cheap now a days. A good example is this Vietnamese guy on this forum, who still doesn't shut his mouth after he knows that his elders who sacrificed for his land would spit on his face after reading his comments.
I am not against the entire US nation, just against those policy makers who are chewing the entire world bit by bit and destroying it. God really keeps balance in this world. History is evident that Power transfer was always their. And now that China is rising, US cannot simply digest it, and is using cheap tactics by using smaller nations to counter China. And propagates that China will finally take over your lands so be prepared for it. But, the reality is that US economy is shattered and she needs to sell its weapons as much as she can in order to bring back her crippled economy on track. And who would be the idle Nation? Yes off course poor Vietnamese, Philippines and Malaysians. Because, I will tell them that China is big evil and is planing to take over the entire world. They are good with their convincing and hatred games. Look how have they had convinced their Nation and and other Nations to attack Afghanistan and Iraq. Actually, I lived in USA for 25 years and yes, I'm not an american citizen, I was a green card holder and do you know why I didn't take American citizenship? Because I don't feel that I'm American, or American enough, I'm Spanish, that's my citizenship and its also the citizenship that I feel that I belong to and I would not trade it for convenience as most immigrants in USA do.

I've seen many like you in USA, you or your family go there as refugees or as economic immigrants, you take citizenship for convenience or maybe you were even born there, I don't know, but you don't honor that citizenship, but instead you give allegiance to another country that I don't think you even know much and actually talk in a way that betrays the country that gave you refuge. Why don't you do something based on principle for a change and move to China, renounce your US citizenship and take chinese citizenship.
