The Siachen reality

lol pakistanis flooded gilgit baltistan with pakistanis  :cheesy: you are really funny .... how a king can decide the fate of millions of kashmiris ?? kashmiris want freedom from indians thats why they marched so many times in millions on roads of kashmir
yea.. i meant you guys populated gb and P0K with your guys, so the population there is skewed, thats why they may want to be with you and not india.
that was the case in 1947 ovr 600 native princes joined india. for eg america bought the entire mid west from napolean. so its allowed.
kashmiris can march anywhere, if jobless guys are paid 300 rs to march they will do it antime anywhere. ask them to come without pakistanis paying them money and see how many turn up

i didnt voted for PPP and i havent supported this party in my whole life ,, secondly i think you have forgt the development of karachi and projects of karachi in peaceful times of mushi in karachi ;) all the fight going in khi is political fights between parties,, its not the first time khi facing such problems it happens in past too

I didn't vote for Manmohan too but I am just 1 out of 1 billion Indians. Similarly, the 173 million Pakistanis are equally responsible for your leadership.

Why are you talking about irrelevant past ? The only thing I remember about Mush is Kargil and that wasn't good for you.

LOL thanks for reminding me on kargil.. that was cowardly PA dressing their army as jihadis and refusing to collect their bodies after they were neutralised.I was refereing to bomb blasts and mumbai attacks etc that the ISI-Army and LeT does, thats cowardly.
Read Your sources correctly cuz Army even never took part in Kargil conflict, it was NLI who kicked your Bharti A$$e$ . Shot down your two jets and chopper.. Killed more then 500 soldiers and wounded more then thousand. Those were our bodies we collected it. You looked like one of among Brahmin slave.. try to read more sources instead of hearing stories from Pandits..

come on you had an insulting retreat cos India would have escalated the war, your soldiers were shot in troves on retreat. Kargil was a humiliation for Pakistan, you never recovered from the humiliation. Remember Mush taking over your country after Kargil. Where is your war hero Mr.Mush now, is he in Pakistan? Every knowledgeable person in Pakistan accepts that Kargil was a sorry mistake committed by the PA.

What glaciers are we destroying, man ?

Can you share a picture of the glacier ?

India's military can be present anywhere we find fit. We can deploy 1 million soldiers on Andaman and Nicobar Islands and you dont have a say in it.

The 5 billion rupees that you spend is peanuts compared to what is needed to be spent. I hope you read the articles about how your soldiers need to make do even without what are otherwise basic necessities.

By militarizing Siachen, India has learnt a lot about survival in the harshest of conditions. We have developed a wide array of things that make it easier for us to maintain Siachen. Our economy allows us this and much more, so dont worry.

If an Avalanche kills numerable Indian soldiers then we might consider withdrawing, but until then we will continue to do what we can to protect ourselves.

  you learned a lot to survive in harsh winters ??? thats why daily an indian soldier got killed by the harsh weather and after every three days a pakistani got martyred by harsh winter this shows we learned more to survive in harsh winters but remember no one can win against nature

have you ever visited Gilgit baltistan region ? or do you have any credible proof of pakistanis making there majority in Gilgit Baltistan region??? well if its about the kings deciding for the fate of people then what about the hyderabad state and junagarh state who decided to be part of pakistan in 1947 ?? why you attacked them and captured the states ??

Don't repeat standard Pakistani nonsense. No Indian soldier has died in the last eight years due to the weather in Siachen. That's right, 8 years! Any wonder why India is not as eager as Pakistan to withdraw from Siachen?

Sharma, had taken off from the Siachen base camp for a "routine flying mission", when the chopper crashed near the Amar Post in the Central Siachen Glacier, a Defence...

NEW DELHI: India and Pakistan may still be embroiled in the long-festering Siachen dispute but that did not stop Pakistani troops from aiding Indian soldiers in recovering the bodies of the two IAF pilots who were killed after their Cheetah helicopter crashed in the glacial heights on Wednesday morning.

The pilots, Squadron Leader S Basu and Flight Lieutenant Amit Sharma, had taken off from the Siachen base camp, which is at a height of 12,000 feet, for a "routine air maintenance sortie" at 6.30 am. "But radio contact with them was lost when they were trying to land at the forward Amar post helipad, at around 16,000 feet, on the northern glacier," said an official.

Is the source of your news a saudi Wahhabi......

amazing thing is indians over here are all chest thumping without realizing an inch about siachin. siachin is a glacier that so far shows no advantage to both sides. soldiers are dieing on both sides you can sit over here and chest thump b ut the fact is both forces are having casualties not from meeting each other but from the ice cold over there.

siachin was an empty land unoccupied on our side of the loc according to the shimla pact. india allowed hikers and tourist to go over there pakistan freaked out that india would invade that place got itself ready to militarize its own area of the loc but before pakistan could do anything india got the wink of it and launched operation maghdood where they captures two passes and the high ground but unfortunately pakistan got the under base and the third pass and thus took the control of lower ground attacks were made to retake siachin but were repelled by the indian army so now india sits on the top of the hill and pakistan sits on the down both sides cant do anything since india cant come down as it will face fierce resistance and the glacier ice wont help and pakistan cant go up as indians have a height advantage and will use it fully and again the weather wont help thus this will stay that way unless either both sign an agreement where both will withdraw or pakistan takes siachin and gives up sir creek or the other way around either way despite many indians boasting its a strain on both economies as anyone who will say against it doesnot know the situation at all and the loss of lives that is happening due to the cold of weather rather then any fighting

advantages of both sides are being annulled by the position of the other force and it can only be used fully if one force retreats or withdraws

Ok, a clarification. No Indian soldier has died from the cold & altitude related health issues in Siachen for the last 8 years. The post of yours talks about helicopter crashes & avalanches as if that were somehow unique to Siachen In any case even if you add all of that up, you are miles away from a death a day that is routinely spoken of.

Prove that if you can, with the same data or any other.

 stop it now baby if our forces started publishing daily news about the soldiers dieing of weather then public will start pressurizing the government are you kid or trying to prove ur self kid ???

Re the Siachen Reality.

What of the SSG involvement they are Pakistani Army - Owen Bannet Jones seems pretty clear on this in his book Pakistan eye of the storm. He is pretty balanced on his analysis of Indo Pakistani conflict. Furthermore weren't the NLI brought inder control of the Army post Kargil?

 stop it now baby if our forces started publishing daily news about the soldiers dieing of weather then public will start pressurizing the government are you kid or trying to prove ur self kid ???

Oh I see. You are sure then that your forces are loosing one in 3 days vs Indian losses? Maybe you are loosing. 10 times as many? There is no end to those kind of theories. Anyway if you are not a baby, stop whining & accept that India holds all the cards in Siachen. You can either accept the AGPL or accept status quo. We are not too concerned either way.

Your Prime minister of that time claimed to have lost in excess of 4000 men in that misadventure that mushy launched to unsuccessfully avenge Siachen (he was the commander who was tasked to take back siachen and failed there too ) .. And NLI is not part of Pakistani Army?? How come you guys give them gallantry awards then?
