The best move is demilitarization and getting out of that inhospitable hell hole which we put sons,brothers and fathers through.
Leave it for the adventurous thrill seekers to try scale those heights on weekends.
and stop damaging the critical environmental balance in that region due to our presence.
A pipe dream for peace lovers on both sides really.. Is there a single inch of India Pakistan Border that is de militarized. Even the earlier convention of vacating high altitude posts on a clearly demarked LOC during extreme winters has been abandoned since the Kargil mess. So how would something so contentious in an unclearly marked terrain be achieved.
The only practical answer is to accept the loss on both sides as yet another cost of mistrust and animosity between India and Pakistan... And move on.. When larger issues will be solved between the 2 countries, this will be too
