5. Gets Approval from Supreme court for action
6. Notice is sent to Nawaz Sharif & his Son's
7. NAB should start with Sons if there is need to invite Nawaz do that
8. Fast track Court Looks at case determines if rules were broken or no
9. If not case thrown out , else President is Notified to Take the Post of Head of state
10. Legal proceedings begin to collect $ from guilty party or Nawaz Sharif is also investigated

Positive Stuff in defense of Nawaz Sharif:

• 1999-2008 He did not live in Pakistan with an understanding he left government
  his family left , obviously taking their assets with them
  
• NRO gave pardon to all politicians under suspicion of past wrong doing 2008 , so he came back.
• His Sons own the company and they lived overseas (They don't fall under Pakistan Tax system)
• There is no tax treaty between safe heaven country and Pakistan
  
• Nawaz Sharif's family have been wealthy owners in Industrial sector since his father's time so he did not become super rich from rags
• His close ties in Saudia also may have given him favorable loan in Banks for financing company (to his son) completely legal
• Saudia once gave Pakistan 1 Billion on Nawaz's negotiations (Supports his side Patriotism)
  
• None resident Person (who does not live in Pakistan) is not liable to any tax he files in the country where he lives if that country is Tax free then no taxes are due from his prespective

Talking about intentions. What are the intentions of nawaz sharif holding hidden assets abroad in his family members name? Why address the entire nation on national TV if he has nothing to hide? Is there only one angry pashtun with sinister intentions because he wishes to become pm and the one who has been pm thrice already has no hideous agenda of his own? How dumb you people could be?

decades ago my uncle started an investment account in Pakistan from the U.S. The gov't of Pakistan at a juncture froze several bank accounts belonging to the public under the guise of nationalization or some similar crap. Long story short my uncle took a huge hit and even now he's cautious about starting business with his hard earned money in Pakistan.

People empathize with each other when they hear a gov't just robbed a common man out of his or her earnings. But that empathy never extends to the people within the gov't when they are victimized by the rival political parties. Case in point, the Shareef family who were force to flee the country almost 20 years ago with whatever liquid assets they could get their hands on. That in itself is a major financial hit but they manage to establish their business abroad - can anyone really blame them for doing that?

Who here wouldn't look elsewhere to move their business to after what they just went through in their own country at the hands of political opponents and army men? heck, we all know of many people who seek political asylums in other countries and never go back to their homelands let alone decide to bring their asset back.

I don't think dragging the shareef family through the mud is an answer to the overall corruption in Pakistan. Nor will his resignation fix anything. And to have some power hungry man like Imran Khan at the helm of this entire charade? that's a disaster in itself. I lost all respect for this man when during his first sit-in he pressed people into civil disobedience and asked them to stop paying their bills, taxes, tolls etc. Imagine what he could ask them to do this time? damage public property (metros etc) built by the shareefs to send a message? This dude is crazy!

If we are to fix this it can only be done by a long, tedious process through several elections and governments coming and going and having enough political maturity to not go after political rivals when in power - because they can return the favor in due time when it's their turn. Only then can anyone feel safe about bringing their financial assets back into the country. When they are certain that their funds are secure n the Pakistani banks regardless of what the election outcome maybe.

Well his father ran multiple companies , which were nationalized 70's they had money . His family was allowed back in Business in 80's so thru business they expanded their wealth , and when 1999 he was removed from power left the country with their assets

The business their family owned were from Multi generation

They had wealth saved since 70's , and the business was granted back to them they invested more and expended it

Expanding business is not crime

If mere , tabloid news is enough to change government then it it quite sad as it shows the machinery of institutes is broken in court

Not lame , becasue the "Democractic" Champion countries insisted on President Musharaf in that time to make concessions by introducing NRO (National Reconciliation Ordinance ) so that the country would get back it's traditional leadership (Political party base)
