First of all, this is not about Kuwait or Qatar because they don't kill people unlike the Iranian backed al Sadr or other disgusting Shia militas do. Of course, Shias will deny this but it's obvious. You're posting outdated source. The Americans no longer take presence in Iraq, just to make sure their oil worshipping fields remain safe, the rest is being handed to Iran to establish their so called Wilayat al-Faqih in Iraq then bringing exiled leaders to Iraq.

Most oil contracts are going to China, India, Russia, most small scale construction projects to Turkey, infrastructure projects EU & Asian companies.
USA is Iraqs largest arms seller though.

the rest is being handed to Iran to establish their so called Wilayat al-Faqih in Iraq then bringing exiled leaders to Iraq.

Iraqi shia dont believe in wialayat faqih, this has something to do with Sistani, look up videos of Iyad Jamal Al-Din he explains it well.
