Then ask yourself what is his agenda? What is the solution that he has given to Pakistan to improve itself.

My understanding is that whereas East was more inclined towards finding the meaning of Existence; the West was more concerned about it's working and mechanisms. Hence, most of the religions and mystical philosophies took their birth on South and East of Mediterranean.

I would say Culture. This difference is too ingrained in us to be accounted by pure chance. I don't believe in human genetics being different enough to create differences in behaviour.

Not much sure, but my crude opinion is that it is a combination of 1) genetics 2) geographical/territorial constraints, and 3) Christianity. In my view, Christianity, as a religion, being less elaborate, in its commandments, and more vague, in its metaphysical concepts, provides comparatively more freedom to humans, both in thinking as well as action.
