Austria, Spain and Italy searching buyers for these used jets long a go.but they find none.because of their expenses. Question is which tranche is selected by Pakistan if goes for EFT it may be Tranche-1, so it shall be competitive only if gets sufficient upgrades equivalent to latest Rafael otherwise shall not be much challenging.

On other hand it is discussed that the spares and overhaul costs are much higher to keep Tranche-1 operational meanwhile further upgrades of EU standard shall also be obviously expensive.
