The Fight against PKK Terrorism

No need to go emotional and aggressive. I'm not talking about socio-economic reasons behind pkk terror or how to solve it. I'm talking about basic battle tactics. You can't kill what you can't see. US learned that in vietnam, iraq and afgan, Soviets learned it in afgan and couldn't do anything despite their military might.

P.S. Let's just agree to disagree.

Not aggressive I am. You get used to it in time.

You cant push whole economy, whole military into southeastern region to catch a few flies while whole southeast becomes a bleeding wound, a cancerous tumour.

Look at IS, they push whole community to emigrate elsewhere, while opening Lebensraum for their kinsmen. This is the way how to handle such issues.

With this policy, we are going to lose southeast. Perhaps even more. Military and police pulled white flag. Elhamdüllilah IS arrived, saved us from immediate uprising waiting to happen.

A lieutenant in south eastern Turkey calmly responds a terrorist supporter 'mayor' and says if this country and the state are mine as you said, then leave it. After this dialouge many Turks thought That soldier would be punished and brought to the court because of defending the country in his speech. However, the chief of staff invited him and drank some tea with him during 40 minute visit/meeting.

I am suprised and then proud of that gesture.

High Profile PKK terrorist has been caught by Turkey within the Turkish borders when he was transfered to Turkey after being wounded during the clashes in Ayn al-Arab/Kobane.

PKK'nın Diyarbakır sorumlusu tutuklandı

Kobani’deki çatışmalarda yaralanınca tedavi için Şanlıurfa’nın Suruç İlçesi’ne gelenler arasında, çekilen fotoğraflarları ve yüz taramasından PKK’nın Diyarbakır bölge sorumlusu Selahattin Dilek saptandı. Şanlıurfa Emniyet Müdürlüğü yetkilileri durumu Diyarbakır Emniyet Müdürlüğü’ne bildirdi.

Şanlıurfa’da gözaltına alınarak Diyarbakır’a getirilen ’Sofi’ kod adlı PKK’lı Selahattin Dilek, Emniyet Müdürlüğü’nde 4 gün sorgulandı. Sorgusunun ardından bugün geniş güvenlik önlemleri altında koltuk değnekleriyle adliyeye getirilen Selahattin Dilek, savcılıktaki soruşturmasının ardından tutuklanma talebiyle Nöbetçi Sulh Ceza Mahkemesi’ne gönderildi.

Hakkında 3 ayrı dosya bulunan PKK’nın Diyarbakır bölge sorumlusu olduğu belirtilen Selahattin Dilek, verdiği ifadede, yaklaşık 24 gün IŞİD ile savaş halinde olduğunu, ağır yaralandığını ve şu anda tam olarak kendine gelemediğini belirterek, şöyle dedi:

"Ben PYD’liyim. Bu suçlamayı kabul etmiyorum. Benim PKK örgütü ile bir bağım yoktur. Suçlamaları kabul etmiyorum. Ben IŞİD ile Kobani şehrinde savaştım, yaralandım ve tedavi olmak için Suruç’a geldim. Şakir Ali ismi bana verilen bir lakaptır. Ben PYD örgütüne ne zaman katıldığımı tam olarak hatırlamıyorum. Zaten IŞİD ile savaştan önce mi tam olarak hatırlamıyorum" dedi.

ÖRGÜTTEKİ FOTOĞRAFLARI GÖSTERİLDİ

Mahkemede yapılan teşhis tutanakları ve PKK içerisindeyken örgüt yöneticileri ile çekilen fotoğrafları gösterilince de Selahattin Dilek, "Teşhis tutanaklarını kabul etmiyorum. Bana isnat edilen eylemleri kabul etmiyorum. Dosyada bulunan fotoğraflar da bana göstermiş olduğunuz şahıs bana benziyor olabilir. Ancak ben değilim, fotoğrafta oynama yapılmış olabilir" dedi.

3 AYRI DOSYADA DA TUTUKLAMA KARARI VERİLDİ

Mahkeme, Selahattin Dilek’in, devletin birliğini ve ülke bütünlüğünü bozma, silahlı terör örgütü kurma veya yönetme suçunu işlediğine yönelik kuvvetli suç şüphesi varlığı ile ilgili somut deliller olması nedeniyle tutuklanmasına karar verdi.

SELAHATTİN DİLEK’İN EYLEMLERİ

Tutuklanan PKK’nın bölge sorumlusu ’Sofi’ kod adlı Selahattin Dilek’in adı bir çok eylemde geçti. Mardin Midyat nüfusuna kayıtlı olan Selahattin Dilek’in PKK’ya 1995 yılında Almanya’dan katıldığı, 2011 yaz aylarında örgüt içerisinde bölge sorumlusu olduğu, son olarak Diyarbakır bölgesinde kalırken Kobani’ye savaşmaya gittiği belirtildi. Kayıtlara göre, Dilek, 3 Temmuz 2013 tarihinde Diyarbakır’ın Dicle İlçesi Kralkızı Barajı Koruma Bölüğü Üst Bölgesi ile Hani İlçesi Topçular Jandarma Karakolu’na yönelik silahlı saldırı eylemlerinin emrini verdi, 11 Eylül 2012 tarihinde ise Diyarbakır Dicle’de Özel Harekat Şube Müdürlüğü’ne ait zırhlı polis aracına düzenlenen roketatarlı ve uzun namlulu saldırı eylemini organize etti.

GUNMEN KIDNAP 10 WORKERS FROM PRIVATELY-RUN ELECTRICITY UTILITY​

ISTANBUL — A group of armed suspects wearing masks abducted 10 workers from a privately-run electricity utility in Silvan, a district of the southeastern Turkish province of Diyarbakır, on Wednesday.

A minibus carrying workers inspecting illegal electricity usage in the region was stopped by the group, which set up a checkpoint near a village in Silvan. Suspects left the scene with workers while security forces launched an investigation into the incident.

It is not known whether the suspects belong to the terrorist organization PKK that often sets up similar checkpoints in the southeastern Turkey in a show of force.
