The day the first cases were reported, we should have closed the country and went on search for people who either came from abroad or had any contact with the people who did.

Sindh was the first to have confirmed corona virus cases. And its numbers were more compared to other provinces.

Corona tests here are conducted in a much larger number compared to Panjab etc.

I have been following corona in pk from day 1..sindh chief minister has shown the real qualities of a leader...he was proactive...even when IK was hesitating to lockdown he made a very bold decision of going ahead and locking down the city.

Pakistan has conducted a total of 40,000 plus COVID-19 tests so far. Punjab has carried out over 30,000 of those tests. Outside of ‘announcing a lockdown’ the PPP Sindh government has failed in terms of the necessary ground work.

When the PPP Govt in Sindh isn’t even testing properly, how are they going to do proper contact tracing and containment? Sindh’s government infrastructure has been at the bottom for years now. No amount of show off statements and policy announcements without the requisite government machinery and legwork on the ground to properly implement said policies/announcements is going to change things.

Ok...I didn't know that..u.I was thinking the number of tests is uniform across Pakistan like in India...but Karachi is the commercial capital of Pakistan.. isn't it?like Mumbai for India.
Doesn't the fact that Punjab did 30k tests out of total 40k tests validate the allegation of other provinces all these years that Punjab is exploiting their resources..I can understand KPK and balochistan doing less tests as they are backward areas but sindh which has the commercial capital of Pakistan doing way less tests than Punjab is surprising.

Imran Khan imported coronavirus because he wanted to profit off it by begging from IMF and world banks.

1. Pakistan had borders open since January.
2. There were a few cases in KPK that were returning students from China. The news was quickly buried because of our establishment slavery of China.
3. Zulfi Bukhari unleashed people in quarantine from Taftan.
4. Nobody was getting quarantined by federal. Nobody.
