98% of Baykar tech's 2022 turnover is from exports. As of the 11th month, exports exceeded 1 billion dollars in net income. As of September 2022, the number of TB-2 systems delivered is over 400 and the company continues its urgent investments to double/triple its production capacity with an investment of several billion dollars. Because the order book is completely full for the next 3 years.

Baykar is a company that dominates the market in tactical systems. In the last two years, this company alone has half of the market for similar systems sold in the world. There are currently 25/26 tactical blocks user countries and this number will increase to over 30 after 2024. Likewise, the number of official users of the AKINCI system reached 5 countries before the completion of 1 year. Deliveries to these countries will accelerate in the coming months.

With the new campus, the company first increased its annual production of TB2 Bayraktar from 46 to 100, the communication system from 23 to 60, the avionics system from 45 to 100, and the Ground Control System for Tactical UAV from 23 to 60. In addition, the annual planning of 24 units for the Akıncı UAV system was revised to an annual production capacity of 36 units. As of 2023, there is a annually target of approximately 500 TB2/TB3 and nearly 50 Akinci.

In short, from Baykar's point of view, there is no concern about introducing systems with the same silhouette of TB-2 to the market, and this is not a correct analysis. The company is continuously improving its systems. For example, there are significant differences between the TB-2s that ended the Libyan war three years ago and the TB-2s that were delivered to Poland last month.

The company already has a new tactical block (TB3) set to make its maiden flight in the coming months. And this system will gradually become the main subject of production in the tactical class. Likewise, the AKINCI system continues its development. The AKINCI-C system is a platform that will bring highly innovative approaches to the battlefield, and we will soon share the details with you.

Let me reiterate that I am in no way underestimating China's enormous capabilities, on the contrary, I admire its many projects in the UCAV field. China's investments in these areas are crucial to break the US hegemony. On the other hand, it would be equally erroneous to underestimate the fact that Baykar has grown from almost nothing in a niche field to become a global supplier in its own production areas within 20 years.
