All of Indias three main assaults (Lahore, Sialkot and Sindh) failed miserably. Gen Harbaksh Singh spoke about the failure of the Indian army at lahore, stating it faltered from the 1st day of combat, the failure of the Sindh assault of how it gained little to nothing and how the Indian Air force did not cooperate well with the Indian Army leaving them with no air cover, and the sialkot assault failing due to the battle of Chawinda and the massive tank losses India took (120+ tanks destroyed) (assal uttar, credit given where it is due, they ambushed Pakistans tanks via horse shoe formation and by flooding the area, to make maneuvering difficult, but it's not the largest tank battle after ww2. That belongs to chawinda (392 tanks took part in total).
East Pakistan couldn't have been held onto for long. 34,000 soldiers held on for more than a week inflicting heavy losses onto the Indians and MB. 93,000 POW, you should specify how many soldiers were POW and how many were civilian to bump up the number.
As for Kargil...4/8 peaks still under control. Operation Vijay (which stated ALL peaks occupied by Pakistan from the start of the war were to be retaken and Pakistani presence is to be expelled from the area) in essence failed.

The aftermath has been stated in the CIA docs I screenshotted. India suffered heavier casualties (men and material), and the land taken by India was inconsequential to the war.
