Namdharis are a subset in sikhism but they have modified some rules of sikhism.
Nihangs are warrior sikhs,,its historical but many people still follow it and train in certain martial arts.


There is nothing complicated here,,,namdharis are an offshoot of sikhs only but have some very specific rules,,,its just like a followers of asaram bapu or something

I don't know I have asthma and the ayurvedic medicine I take helps a lot. I buy it from Chattisgarh.
