And how do you know those sites have n't bought any rights? Haan prove it!Bub,
I've already answered that question. Unless you aren't able to comprehend whatever I wrote, I suggest you do. And yes, those websites are illegal, how about you do a research on them?. Do they have a streaming license? How can those sites stream content copyrighted to a single site only? For example, Netflix holds rights to streaming the show Orange is The New Black, and no one else, yet the streaming sites give allow you to stream these shows, free of charge. That's copyright infringement and illegal streaming, BEAT IT.
DEAD WRONG AGAIN! Foxtel owns rights to Orange crap show.----------But this is just to illustrate you have no idea, what you are talking about, because you are relying on your limited personal knowledge.
Irrespective i did mention, when the owners object the content is removed, if they don't its not removed. If netflix want those sites to remove the content it should take on those sites legally and they will have to comply, but till then the end user doesn't know what is going on so for them its perfectly legal.
Here's something for you to read before you spew your groundless subjectivity again.
Is Streaming Movies IllegalJames Gibson, director of the Intellectual Property Institute at the University of Richmond law school stated that streaming online content breaks the law when the user is “pseudo-streaming” or downloads part of a file or copyrighted material. Or when the user streams content as a “public performance” showing it to a substantial number of people also constitutes a copyright violation.” While accessing unlicensed streamed content is completely legal, uploading or posting unlicensed streamed content is not, even if it’s free. Gibson stated that is the most basic part of copyright protection, when someone uploads a video online, they are literally making an illegal copy.
This man is an expert on the subject and according to him we are not stealing, not that i needed his word, but that should suffice to educate you on the matter, even then it doesn't matter because we know that we are not doing anything wrong and you are free to disagree.
