only TV serial worth watching are HBO original, I tried watching Some Netflix originals and i did not have stomach for it. I think in Pakistan they will provide more local contents

First you have to prove its illegal at all. When you are only streaming it online, it's perfectly legal everywhere unless you are not downloading or distributing. And if the content is licensed then there is no problem at all. So do tell, what are you trying to convey here.
