I do not understand what are you trying to prove, Living in a communist part of the world you will never understand how democracy works, cant you reason it out that govt cannot force a change overnight... People first have to be made confident about the aftermaths of the Change for the change to work otherwise the govt will have to answer to all the queries Filed Under RTI... Please dont force your reasons pretending you know India better than an Indian who lives there for more than 60 years.... I have seen change through out my life, if not fast rather satisfactory...
There are several laws made by india which have ended up in protest and later demolished, do you Want the history to repeat??
You people are unbelievable. I've lived in democracy nearly all of my life (US, Germany, Canada) and have been a citizen of Canada for 10 something years and I still get patronizing "oh you'd never understand a democracy, having never lived in one". Can you not recognize a fking flag? Jesus wept.
Oh yeah, I've taken multiple political science courses at university too. I've read Plato, I've read Socrates, I've read Aristotle, I've read Tocqueville, I've read Hobbes, I've read Locke, I've read Jean-Jacques Rousseau. Yes I understand both the philosophical and actual working of a democracy.
I keep up in Canadian national politics and provincial politics, I vote everytime there is an election. BUT FCUK right? I don't understand democracy at all!
