I think the 16 ATGM thing is an outdated cold war concept. If it carried a single Çakır missile it would be much more helpful.
And maybe a couple of Kuzgun-KY missiles for closer engagements.
a big no no, an attack helicopter firing cruise missiles would not be practical
a attack helicopter main job is to provide close air support with accurate firepower to land forces
a cruise missile is a deep strike weapon to knock out critical infrastructure like warships out at sea and command control bunkers
for that we have fast fighter jets, a attack helicopter would suffer and very quickly you would be left with no helicopter and no cruise missile
