Sustain successfully CONVENTIONALLY for 60 days?

-Most of the experts state that Pakistan can sustain for 15 to 21 days. In forums opinions what are the top important things that can be done to sustain successfully for 60 days and do utmost so that stop enemy in its track without moving to last resort of Nuclear.
Some of the options could be:
-Have more strategic oil reserve
-Continuous Investment in Strategic & Indigenous Programs of Armed forces
1. PAF (AZM,MALE UAV,UCAV,ECM,JF17,Mid Air Refulers)
2. NAVY (Hangor, Milgem,054A,FACs,OPV)
3. ARMY (AK2,T129, IFV,A100, ATGM, Future Soldier,mini UAV
-Better Economy ($1 Trillion Documented Economy in medium term)
-Civil population that is tech trained and easily integrated into armed forces if necessitates
(IT,Supply Chain, Engineers,Pilots,technicians,mechanics)
-Much enhanced Health Care System with continuously increasing health Cards (Integrating Government, CMHs and Private Hospitals)

I feel it is possible to keep India at bay without going Nuclear. What do you guys think?

That is correct. We need a self sustained economy so that in time of war, we can hold on. Production of rockets, missiles, ATGMs should be 100℅ indigenous, so in case of war we can ramp up production without need of external equipments.
