Its the ACCUSERS that FAILED to PROVE their Allegations. That isnt JC's Fault because they took their time and Listened to everything those Accusers came up but when they couldnt able to convince them according to the law that Elections were Rigged Institutionally they gave their Verdict. WHatelse do you expect from them to do besides that. When constitutional institutions fail to self correct they promote extra-constitutional interventions. When that happens everyone goes into self reflection and admit to their failures but as soon they get back into power they do the same mistakes all over.
AFAIK they did provide Feedback on that in the report and they did accept Mismanagement does happened just like Mismanagement happened in KPK LB Elections. The least that was expected from the commission was to highlight the weaknesses and gaps in our electoral system so that next elections may be better than the previous ones. What they did instead was to give a clean chit. This will encourage even more foul play in the future.
Role of Judiciary has been According to their Institutional Capacity which is not quite up to mark indeed but that doesnt mean they are also INSTITUTIONALIZING Injustice either. First point was Accusers Failed to prove their case in JC and wasted people's 2 years in this mess instead of giving voice to PUBLIC NEEDS they kept them focus on their Political needs. I cant even Count one Immediate Benefit we could have from JC in our daily lives even if Accusers were able to Prove their Case. The role of judiciary over the past few years seems to be that of preventer of justice rather then dispenser of justice. Be it regarding terrorism or otherwise. But one thing is for sure, next time these old fools are dragged to the dungeons by the boots, they won't find any support or sympathies.
