They might not use 5 times a day for a brief period of 5 minutes but they do start early in morning and go on for at least 2-3 hours.

Temples and Masjids in North East of Republic of India should have loud speakers, sound systems, solar panels , inverters and fasting Sirens as Aryans do fast and it would be very helpful for them to conduct thier religious rituals. And even Indian Military should protect those religious sites.

Don't doubt what you say about temples at all.

But I have seen the Masjid thing in front of my eyes.

Thats why time table is being placed by the local authorities by keeping the situation on the use of loud speaker.
