Sonia Gandhi Part of Forum Advocating Kashmir Independence: Tajinder Bagga

The Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena (BSKS) has alleged that Sonia Gandhi is part of an international platform that advocates freedom of Kashmir from India. In a press conference, Tajinder Singh Bagga of BSKS has stated that the Congress President and UPA Chairperson is Co-President of The Forum of Democratic Leaders of Asia Pacific (FDL-AP), an organization working against Kashmir. He has demanded the cancellation of her Lok Sabha membership.
“Sonia Gandhi is part of a international platform which advocates azadi of Kashmir from India. She is Co-President of FDL-AP, a forum working against Kashmir. Sonia has breached parliamentry oath by being Vice pPesident of the organisation – which is against Indian Constitution. We will demand cancellation of Loksabha membership of Sonia Gandhi,” said Tajinder Bagga. Sonia happens to be joint President along with 3 others.
The subject matter of the statement issued by BSKS reads thus: “Regarding commission of offences affecting sovereignty, unity and integrity of Union of India, and breach of Parliamentary oath and duty towards constitution of India by Lok Sabha member Smt. Sonia Gandhi, President of Indian National Congress.” It allegedly exposes certain offences committed “either willfully or impliedly” by Sonia Gandhi. which has resulted in breach, disrespect and disrepute to the Constitution of India.
Bagga has explicitly stated that the forum caters to provision of independence to Kashmir from governance of India and Indian constitution. he has also stated that the website presents the “views of various radical and separatist groups and individuals who promote separation and disintegration from the Union of India”.
“The organization promotes the idea that the only solution to problem of Kashmir is its independence, and Kashmir should be established as separate state, independent from rule of India,” reads the website.

What is Sonia Gandhi doing on FDLAP?

Why is Sonia Gandhi listed as a co-president of an organization that supports secession of Kashmir? Last time we checked, the Indian Government does not officially endorse an Azad Kashmir. India officially considers Kashmir, including the region called Pakistan Occupied Kashmir as integral part of its territory. It also appears that Kashmiris themselves do not particularly want freedom, they participated in the recent assembly election in large numbers.

Even her party, the Indian National Congress officially recognizes Kashmir as Indian territory. A very recent statement by party spokesman Manish Tiwari affirms this:
Booker Prize winner Arundhati Roy who had issued a statement advocating freedom for Kashmir was a "loose cannon" who had "abused the liberal traditions of India", the Congress said on Wednesday. "She (Roy) is a loose cannon who has abused liberal traditions of India to its fullest," said Congress spokesperson Manish Tiwari. "It is a great tribute to the tolerance of India's ethos that a person who openly calls for Balkanization of country is not being locked up and the keys are not being thrown away," Tiwari told IANS . The website is indeed legitimate as it is listed on Open Society Institute, a non-profit funded by the billionaire George Soros.

This is a serious situation.

We are asking NSG commandos to risk their lives to save citizens of India, a country they must be proud enough of to give up their lives for (if it is not for nationalism, why the **** would an otherwise perfectly sane dude give his life for just Rs. 5 lakh saving a rich dude in a posh hotel paying $500+ and who has just savored succulent Patra ni Machchi). We must also inform him that according to the people who dominate Indian opinion - nationalism is a sham.

We are asking the SPG to protect a woman and her family, pretending that she is the only savior of the country since she is the president of the party intellectuals prefer and endorse and which is also in power. Funny the woman wants to give away parts of the country.

We are basically spitting on the graves of the martyred soldiers, cops and many who lost their lives in Kashmir.
