Tank runs speed as fast as a car and anti aircraft missile can be mobility, also vietnam have build supper high way and train track which they can get into the Hanoi at very quick, I believe that it take about a week to get in vietnam capital at no problem. so do you think vietnam should move their Capital Hanoi to the south .

in fact, Saigon (HCM City) is economy capital of Vietnam now. In emergency situation the VN govt could move from Hanoi to Saigon in two hour. In Saigon, it has representative office for all ministries of govt Vietnam.

you should seriously consider scrapping communism and returning to former imperial glory. xi jinping can seize the throne. as the new son of heaven, he declares everything now belongs to him. vietnam sends envoy to beijing, pays tributes and gets peace in return
