Should vietnam move it's capital to the south

It is reported that China has plant to move Capital City form Peking too ?

The report is more like an entertainment, not gonna happen. Beijing is still the center of economy, politics, finance and culture of north China.

I read a book from China, I do not remember a title, it stated that who can rule Middle Land òf China, he can rule China. I think this is right.

Mao Zhedong has did a long marsh from Xinggang to Yanan in Shaanxi, in fact he flowed this statement.

It's an old saying, true statement. Mao Zedong is a genius, he concluded all useful experiences of the success and failures of wars and politics through out China's history, so he made it.

Today, South and East Coastal China is more vigorous or advanced in economy than North China, so there should be a strong political and economy giant cities like Beijing and Tianjin in the North to make it balanced.
