Religions take time to mature,improve and adapt, Christianity had their share of violence and death but it has improved, Hinduism had its share but it also adapted Islam being a comparatively new religion is going through its share of crisis. It will in time improve and adapt.

It only seems bloody because of T.V and mass media. Violence in the world has greatly reduced and safety greatly improved in the last few 100 years. Couple 100 years ago 1,00,000 people could die in the other side of the world and you would never know, Now every human life is a tragedy. If religion is today removed from the world, Entire abrahmic religions would be next to being non-existent, on the other hand, you would still have hindusim, buddhism, and other eastern "religions" existing in another form.

Now lemme rephrase...hindusm has never been as destructive as christians in early days or islam of today...why? because it is far from being religion.

the syrian republic is governed by the ba'ath movement, which is a socialist movement that governed saddam's iraq too... the syrian army is the protector of this socialism-guided system.

what is happening now in syria is a massive nato-created regime-change operation ( like in libya ) so as to remove/kill president bashar al-assad and install a mullah government friendly to western government agenda.

the syrian war is now in its fifth year and tens of thousands of nato-armed terrorists have until now killed 200,000+ syrians.

therefore, like i wouldn't want syria to become ruled by reactionary mullahs, i wouldn't like for nepal to become "a hindu nation".
