Limited Oil to almost no oil in Tibet, Comparing Tibet and Chechnya is way off, I have to Agree Chechnya is Russia Land. Indeed however isn't the current leader of Chechnya corrupt ? Corruption is still high in Chechnya not to mention mafia links, and Extremism, Russia has done a good job but radicalism has spread to ingushetia & dagestan. also the EU and countries like poland and the baltics are sheltering Chechens that want secession from Russia your opinion on this ? however Chechnya is being healed, Chechen Troops fought with Russia against Georgia.

The Saudi Foreign Fighters actually made it worse for the chechens they were sufis but when the saudis came a certain ideology followed them, the wounds are healing Chechens fought alongside Russia during Georgia, anyway enough with the Houses and rebuilding actual war pictures.

Yes, a large % of troops who fought the five day war was from Chechnya. Maybe the decision to engage Chechens in that war was deliberate in order to arouse patriotism in them.

These terrorists had tried their best to destroy the city completely. They succeeded somewhat in the First Chechen war. However, they were pretty much wiped out in the 2nd Chechen war. At present, Chechnya and other states are very peaceful.

No doubt there is the problem of corruption, however reconstruction of Chechnya was pretty impressive, as you can see from the photos.
