I remember the previous operation in Swat. The girls flogging case was a fake video by a drama producing woman activist from Islamabad. (sister of Athar Minallah). Before that President Zardari had gone to America and agreed for an operation in Swat for money.

This time its the same modus operandi as APS. The TTP has today denied that it has done this attack. There are conflicting reports about who did APS with some fingers pointing elsewhere.

It is a sad day that we are again becoming emotional as the enemies of Islam want the two Muslim forces, the Army and the Taliban to fight each other as they themselves could not defeat the Afghan Taliban.

Pakistan is at a critical economic juncture with floods having devastated 1/3rd of the country, no gas in winter and little wheat in spring. The wolves of IMF and the debtors are at our throat. Soon there may be rioting in flood affected areas.

We cannot afford another civil war inside the country. This time there is no Easy Paisa from USA and we don't have money to pay salaries in KPK. Talk of operation at this juncture is a sure recipe for disaster.

It is better to talk to the TTP and reach out a solution like the Qazi Courts which were working alright in Swat.
