You said yourself that the TF-2000 is still a concept!? ..The LCS are operational though..And they will be modified for KSA requirements..also not to forget that US ships are made to be very high quality and enduring for a long service life time.. very long indeed..So if you split the price on the tears of service you'll see that it is worth its price.. a bit like buying a Mercedes vs buying a Toyota.. both are reliable, but the Mercedes with good maintenance will have much more service life..
