No body said they are. You stated earlier that Pakistan dropped off the deal because of KSA. I replied to you, stating that Iran backed off at the last moment to fund the pipeline ( something which committed itself to ) ..
Do you understand basic logic? Iran built their part of the pipeline well in time. Pakistan has shown no seriousness for 4 years. If I was a businessman in Iran's place, I would back out too. They are suffering loss but it is to stop further loss. Apply some basic logic and commonsense.
Yes, it is a soft loan. You, on the other hand, argued it is a " hand-out " would you please provide a materialistic evidence to back up this word of yours? Everybody on earth calls it a loan, because that what it really is.
It's all in the interpretation. There is no details of this loan as to how Pakistan would repay it. Countries don't give out loans like that, even China won't loan money to Pakistan on a personal guarantee (no one knows what guarantee is that!). The professional troll called it a token of love and friendship, many call it handout.
Pakistan is welcome to use it for that.
Only if you formed those policies lol! Using KSA money to build pipeline to Iran is as absurd as it can get. Stop acting naive.
