The level of training is so damn pathetic that even I can give a rookie cop a run for his money. Just look at the way on which side of the waistband they place their holsters and then there was this incident of grand theft auto guy in Islamabad.

Those sharp shooters were supposed to subdue him They shot him in the leg he fell on the ground then an other shot followed on his back which was need less.

Subsequently those shapaataz who ran towards him, well they started beating a severely wounded guy, This is the level of competence.

We need to make CTD independent from Punjab Police ……….. CTD Punjab is under Punjab police …. We have to make CTD independent department ,,,,, With CTF its one unit(as fighting force) and intelligence 2nd unit (old CID department) and other required sub-departments...….. Body cams wont going to help...……….. CTF guys are well trained...

Instead of having 25+ worthless departments in Punjab province only better option is if we can have Punjab Police and CTD ……. We can end , merge 5 to 10 useless intelligence (Punjab level) in to CTD and make it one strong department , Just like FBI of USA

In this case yes but the real culprit is the one who ordered this encounter. He wanted them dead from the very beginning. No trial, no due process, just itching for their fatal demise
